A.The OptiMate 2 DUO is suited for charging 12V lead acid and 12.8V／13.2V Lithium (LifePO4／LFP) batteries.
Q.What type and size batteries does OptiMate 2 DUO charge？
A.The OptiMate 2 DUO can be used for 12V lead-acid (STD， AGM and GEL) and 12.8／13.2V lithium (LiFePO4 ／LFP) batteries， used for engine start ＆ deep cycle applications. For batteries from 6Ah to 96Ah for 24-7 battery maintenance. Can recharge batteries up to 48Ah within 24hours
Q.Which will be the charging time？
A.The time required for the OptiMate 2 DUO to complete a charge on a flat but otherwise undamaged battery is roughly equal to 0.5x the battery’s Ah rating， so a 42Ah battery should take no more than about 21 hours to progress to Step 4. Deep-discharged batteries may take significantly longer.
Q.Do I need to make a selection for my type of battery？
A.No， the adaptive program adjusts to the battery type.
